The NISM Series XII Securities Markets Foundation certification is intended for newcomers to the securities industry, students and anyone wanting a recognised grounding before specialising. Like other NISM examinations it is offered on a rolling basis at test centres across India, so your exam date is the slot you book rather than a fixed national date.

This is the entry level certification in the NISM family and the natural first step for anyone new to Indian securities markets.
